1. Who we are
Creator Operator ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-assisted operator workflow for content creators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Name, email, and phone number you submit through the beta form or at checkout.
- Business details you share (platform, what you sell, biggest bottleneck).
- Payment details — processed and stored by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- Messages and voice content exchanged with the operator (SMS, calls, approvals).
- Device, browser, and IP address.
- Usage events and basic analytics needed to run and improve the Service.
3. How we use your information
- Operate the Service: respond to leads, plan content, send approvals, generate reports.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
- Improve the Service and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Third-party processors
We share data with vetted providers only as needed to run the Service:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Twilio / AgentCall — SMS and voice.
- OpenAI — AI generation for content drafts and replies.
- Telegram, Buffer — operator notifications and scheduling, when enabled.
5. AI processing
Messages, prompts, and content you provide may be sent to AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate drafts and replies. We choose providers that do not train their general models on our API traffic by default. AI output may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published or sent.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, secret management for API keys, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@creatoroperator.ai.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use providers that implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
